Hummingbird Cake

Cmbine:

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar

Add:
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs beaten
1 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups chopped bananas


ICING:

Mix 8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup softened margarine
1 pound powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cups chopped pecans





Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes in 3 9" cake pans. Cool 10 minutes & remove from pans. Let cool completely. Then spread icing over each layer, top and sides.
