Chicken Spaghetti
Comfort food at its best!
Ingredients
- 3 cups boiled chicken - diced
- 4T Butter
- 4 stalks celery - diced
- 1 small onion - diced
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 tall can Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cubed
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- 1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
- 2. Saute celery and onion until tender.
- 3. Add onion and celery to large pan.
- 4. Add mushroom soup, evap. milk, chicken broth & Velveeta
- 5. Bring to a boil and add chicken
- 6. Boil macaroni per instructions
- 7. Spray casserole dishes with PAM.
- 8. Combine all in casserole dish and cover with grated cheese
- 9. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes
