Chicken Spaghetti

Comfort food at its best!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups boiled chicken - diced
  • 4T Butter
  • 4 stalks celery - diced
  • 1 small onion - diced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 tall can Evaporated Milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cubed
  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • 1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
  • 2. Saute celery and onion until tender.
  • 3. Add onion and celery to large pan.
  • 4. Add mushroom soup, evap. milk, chicken broth & Velveeta
  • 5. Bring to a boil and add chicken
  • 6. Boil macaroni per instructions
  • 7. Spray casserole dishes with PAM.
  • 8. Combine all in casserole dish and cover with grated cheese
  • 9. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes
