Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) cream style corn
- 1 (16 oz) whole kernel corn
- 1 (4 1/2 oz) can chopped green chilis
- 1 (8 1/2) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 egg~ lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 13 X 9 baking dish with Non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
