Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (16 oz) cream style corn
  • 1 (16 oz) whole kernel corn
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) can chopped green chilis
  • 1 (8 1/2) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 egg~ lightly beaten

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 13 X 9 baking dish with Non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
  • Serves 6
