Lime Jello Salad
Ingredients
- 1 small pkg lime jello dissoved in 1 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir in until amost dissolved - 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- Let set in refrigerator abouit 1 1/2 hours
- Mix in:
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) whipped whipping cream
- Let set in refrigerator several hours or overnight
