Pie Crust
Mimi's Legacy Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 1.5 C Flour
- 3/4 t Salt
- 1/2 C Crisco
- 3 T Water
Instructions
- Mix Flour and Salt together
- Cut in Crisco with 2 table knives until mix resembles small beans
- Gradually add water, and with hands mix until dough is soft and will clean the sides of the bowl
- Roll between 2 pieces of waxed paper
