Ingredients
- Into a 2 cup measure, break 3 large eggs. Add milk or cream to make 1 1/4 cups. Add 1/4 tsp. salt, sprinkle of pepper, 1 1/2 TBSP margarine (cut into 1/4 inch bits). Beat eggs, cream with salt and pepper until fluffy. Add margarine bits. Then add:
- For cheese Quiche - use 3 oz. (3/4 cup) grated cheese
- For vegetable or meat Quiche - use 1 oz (1/4 cup) grated desired cheese and 1/2 - 3/4 cups chopped~ cooked~ well drained brocolli~ spinach or cooked chicken or cooked bacon
