Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  

  • Dissolve 2 small pkgs. lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cool. Add:
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach (cooked and drained)
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 4 TBSP chopped green onions
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 2 TBSP white vinegar
  • 1 tsp each salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
  • Refrigerate and let jel
