Ingredients
  

  • 2 TBSP. milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 oz jars dried beef (chipped)
  • 2 TBSP. instant onion
  • 2 TBSP finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix and stir in sour cream. Place in shallow baking dish and top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes - serve with large Fritos
