Ingredients
5 small or 4 large eggs, beaten together
1 12 TBSP flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups milk, scant
3 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Put flour in pan with nutmeg and sugar. Pour beaten eggs over flour/sugar mixture. Gradually add mil, then vanilla. Pour into unbaked 9
pie shell. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes and then reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake the rest of time. In all
