Lynda Carrington's Ice Cream
- 1 carton non-fat vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup egg substitute

1/2 cup non-fat milk

1/2 cup non-fat sweetened condensed milk

1 TBSP. vanilla

1 Tsp. almond extract*

Mix & chill

Add to above mixture - 1 small non-fat cool whip thawed

Put into ice cream freezer
As freezer turns - can add 1/2 cup sliced almonds, 16 oz bag unsweetened fruit thawed, drained. (peaches)
If making vanilla ice cream - elimnate almonds, almond extract and peaches. Add a little more vanilla
