Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can cream style corn
- 1 16 oz can whole kernel corn
- 1 41/2 oz can chopped green chilis
- 1 81/2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheatoven to 350 degrees. Coat a 13 x 9
- baking dish with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 6"
