Dry Rub for Smoked Brisket
Rub this dry ingredient mix on your trimmed brisket and smoke it!
Ingredients
- 1/4 C Paprika
- 2 T Salt
- 1 T Chili Powder
- 1 T Pepper
- 1 T Garlic powder
- 1 T Onion Powder
- 1 t Cayenne add to taste, this is the heat
- 1 t Oregano
- 1 t Coriander
- 1 t Cumin
- 1 t Parsley
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Apply to trimmed, paper towel dried brisket. Pat into meat until brisket is completely covered.
