Mexicali Nacho Dip
Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Nacho Cheese Recipe Soup Mix
- 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
- 3 - 5 dashes hot pepper sauce (Tobasco)
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 TBSP. finely chopped coriander or parsley
Instructions
- In medium bowl, thoroughly blend nacho cheese recipe soup mix, sour cream and hot pepper sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients; chill. Serve with tortilla, corn or potato chips. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dip
