Strawberry Salad (Sharon Layne)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small pkgs. strawberry jello
  • Dissove in 1 1/2 cups boiling water (let cool a little after dissolved)
  • Add:
  • 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries, defrosted
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Instructions
 

  • Stir together - pour approximately 1/2 mixture into pyrex dish (not the real long one) Let set up approx. 2 hours.
  • Then add 1 small sour cream (8 oz) - spread on top of congealed salad - then add other half of jello mixture. Let set up - approx. 2 more hours
