Lynda Carrington's Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 carton non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk
- 1/2 cup non-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1 TBSP. vanilla
- 1 Tsp. almond extract*
- Mix & chill
- Add to above mixture - 1 small non-fat cool whip thawed
- Put into ice cream freezer
Instructions
- As freezer turns - can add 1/2 cup sliced almonds, 16 oz bag unsweetened fruit thawed, drained. (peaches)
- If making vanilla ice cream - elimnate almonds, almond extract and peaches. Add a little more vanilla
